Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped with FedEx, UPS, DHL and with other delivery services. Shipment throughout United States costs $40. Delivery time requires 3-7 working days.
- Economy delivery takes from 3 to 7 working days. Within the US price is about $40. Prices may vary depending on the weight of the package and your postal code.
- Express delivery takes from 2 to 3 working days. Within the US price from $60. Prices may vary depending on the weight of the package and your postal code.
We will send you tracking number after sending your order.
We offer free economy delivery for orders above 1500 USD (except wholesale orders) . IVA (VAT) not included.

Taxes and Duties
Prices on our website do not include 21% VAT*. If you have a VAT number, the VAT 21% will not be added. You can check if your VAT number is valid here . VAT will not be applied if order will be delivered outside of the European Union. *VAT registration number, is the unique number that identifies a taxable person (business) or non-taxable legal entity that is registered for VAT.
After a shipping company accepts your order, Olive Beauty is not responsible for any damage or loss. Although the chances of such an event are about 1%, we highly recommend that you insure your package. However, special care will be taken to protect fragile objects or keep them cold if needed.
Current insurance rates:
- 1.2% of your order value
- orders up to $2000 – $25 (fixed rate)
- orders of $2000 and above – 1.2% of your order value
If you do not insure your package, each 1 kg of the package will be insured with $11 by default, but in case of damage or loss we will not be able to refund you or resend your order.
If you face any complications with your order, please contact Olive Beauty Shop immediately. Our customer service representatives will examine if your order qualifies for a refund. Refunds are at the discretion of Olive Beauty Shop and we do not guarantee we will offer a refund in all circumstances.
What information do I need to return a product?
Olive Beauty Shop does not accept product returns. Do not hesitate to contact the customer service for guidance. If you had used the medical device and found it faulty in the process, keep the lot number and expiry date information in the client’s file.
How do I get a refund?
Depending on the circumstances, you may be able to receive a refund under our instructions. You can either request we send a replacement to the same shipping address as the original or receive a full refund or account credit for that item. This account credit is applicable toward any future purchase of the same or a different product.
Will I always qualify for a refund?
Olive Beauty Shop offers refunds at our own discretion. We cannot guarantee we will offer a refund in all circumstances. However, we do our best to ensure you will be happy with your medical supply order. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, contact us for more information.
For refrigerated products Olive Beauty Shop will issue refunds only if:
- When you made your purchase, we misrepresented the product packaging.
- When you received your package, it was warm or hot, above 8° C.
- Your product arrived damaged.
- When you initially used the product, it was proven inactive.
