How much would you charge for shipping?
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, but we are not taking any responsibility if something might happen on customs border. Usually, they might ask you for the medical documents or a tax payment. If there is an opportunity to help you with solving these problems (like sending an invoice to a customs office), we will help you as we can.

Do your prices include Import Duty and taxes
Prices on our website do not include Import Duty/Tariff and VAT(Value Added Tax)/GST(Goods and Services Tax) applicable in your country. We deliver by a courier. You will pay Import Duty/Tariff and GST/VAT to the courier and the courier will make a GST/VAT invoice. The courier’s GST/VAT invoice is accepted for GST/VAT Return. Exceptions for GST/VAT registered companies and individuals. EU customers that provide a valid VAT number will not be charged with the tax. Clients from outside the EU are also VAT exempt.
When will i get my order?
Delivery times depend on location, item availability, shipping method of choice and other factors. We ship your order within two business days, and on average the orders take around 7-10 business days to arrive. If for some reason stock is not immediately available when you place an order, we will tell you when we expect to ship your order. Orders are shipped with express service so you get them as soon as possible. When we ship your order, we will send you a tracking number within 24 hours.
How do i track my package
You should receive your shipment information in your email within 48hrs after payment is received(processing). Once you receive your tracking number you can track your package on the track menu of the shipping website.
What does it mean to have my order confirmed
We process orders the same day they are received and generally ship stock products within 2-3 business days. Products in stock will ship within 24 hours upon verification of order and payment. If delivery is required by a specific date, please notify us when placing your order. To ensure rapid processing of your order, be sure to complete all necessary information on the Order Form. Please contact us for information on express delivery. Actual arrival time at your location depends on the method of shipment and distance from our warehouse. Standard freight rules apply. Once your order is verified an order confirmation email will be sent to you. This might take up to 12 hours.

Yes, all prices quoted are based in US dollars. You will be informed at the checkout the currency and amount that you will be charged in.

What is the difference between the products listed through Olivebeautyshop.com compared to the products available locally?

How does your discount system work?
You may receive lower prices with larger purchases, as depicted on individual product pages. These discounts are assigned on a per-volume basis. Typically, the price per item is less when ordering in larger quantities. Applicable discounts are incorporated into the price.
What method of payments are acceptable?
We accept payments made through Credit/Debit Card or PayPal or via a Bank Transfer. As our customer, you will have the freedom to choose which of these options suits you the best. If you decide to make your payment using a debit or credit card, make sure it is either MasterCard or Visa. If you choose to pay via PayPal, your order will be sent to you only after the payment has been cleared. And, Bank Transfer payment method may require you to cover additional fees and taxes, depending on the bank you are using.
Do you provide any payment terms (e.g. 30-day term)?
Unfortunately, due to the fact that Olive Beauty Shop deals with international transactions, we are not able to provide our customers with payment terms.
Do you offer any incentives for returning clients?
If you have been receiving better pricing elsewhere, we will meet or beat that pricing provided recent proof of the competitor’s pricing and terms are provided and are equal to ours.
